This is an all day event on both Saturday AND Sunday at Chadds Ford Days.
Length of Event: All Day – 10am – 5pm
Arrival Time For Regiment: 8am each day
Parking: Please park where indicated.
Restrooms: Indoors – fully functioning inside Visitor Center and portapotties where indicated.
Food and Beverages Provided: Yes – by Regiment or event organizer for breakfast (if overnighting) and lunch each day.

Soldier Specific: Impression: Delaware Continental uniform preferred. 1776/1777 era. Otherwise, militia.

Musician Specific: Contact Musician Sergeant-Major for music to be played at this event. Military calls also to be demonstrated too if possible.
Civilian Specific: Impression: Civilian followers of a military camp.
Table Displays Permitted: Yes – please indicate display you wish to show to Officer of the Day or Civilian Camp Coordinator (if applicable).
Supporter Specific: Please assist in setup and/or breakdown if possible. Also – please bring camera or video camera to take photographs or video if possible. We will look to take posed photos that will be used to help educate the public if possible at each event this year.

Cell: 610-470-4325 Arrival and Set-Up: Set-up times: Friday (Sept. 13): 11:00 am – 7:00 pm Saturday (Sept. 14): beginning at 8:30 am
Vehicles must be off the field by 9:30am. You can unload your car, move it, then come back to your area and set up.
• When you arrive for set-up, A staff member will identify your assigned space and will be available for questions. At check-in Authors and non-profits will be given a wristband to wear for easy re-entry in case you need to leave. Please wear this wristband while onsite. If you lose it, go to the Information Booth for another. • To ensure a safe and efficient set-up process, the above time frames are available before the event opens to the public on Saturday. Vehicles must be clear of the fair area by 9:30 am Saturday when vendor entrances will be closed. You will not be able to enter/exit the visitor and exhibition area by vehicle during the event. Vehicles are permitted on-site for tear down after the fair closes and visitors are clear at 4 pm.
• We reserve the right to manage the entire space as needed and appreciate your understanding and complete cooperation. Sometimes changes must be implemented to accommodate other event activities. Thank you for your help!
Information & tips: • Cars/vehicles are allowed on the field to setup during designated times only. Please park your car in the parking field, adjacent to the event area on Creek Road (follow the signs for event parking)
• Tents must be secured by heavy duty stakes or weights.
• This is an outdoor, rain or shine event. Prepare in case of inclement weather.
• Bring sunscreen, insect repellant and other necessities you may need and wear comfortable shoes for the day
• Electricity is not provided or guaranteed at your space; please bring backup batteries for cell phones, laptops, and other electronic devices that you may need.
• Food/Beverage Vendors: Power will be provided as agreed in your contract
• WiFi is available on the field for use in credit card purchases or other internet requirements

• Food and drink are available for purchase and portable restrooms are within the event area
