Â No encampment or table displays unless specifically authorized. Â Potluck dinner. Â Military may wear civilian dress at this event. Â Civilians may dress as high or low as they desire. Â If musicians attend they may be asked to play a few songs to help with the festivities. Â Otherwise, mingle with the public and enjoy the celebration!
