About the event

From the Event Organizers:

RESCHEDULED FOR SUNDAY NOW FROM 4pm-6pm

Neighbors for Crebilly, as you may or may not know, has been named a party to the proceeding of the subdivision land development by Toll Brothers desiring to build a Toll Ville of well over 300 houses on the Robinson Farm at 926 and 52 in Westtown Township. The Township rejected the plan, and the Township and Neighbors for Creybilly were challenged by Toll in Court and WON against Toll Brothers. Now we have been challenged again and will be heard again in Commonwealth Court. We are setting a legal precedent for other groups concerned with the loss of open space, historic resources and historic view sheds and battlefields.

The Fenton Family has graciously offered the use of their barn and farmstead for a PRIVATE invitation only event.

Thursday, November 15th from 5:30 to 8pm we will have a barn party wine and cheese event. We ask that the reenactors help us lead guests up the long lane on the property with lanterns. The farmstead is located near the intersection of route 100/Creek Road and Cossart Road. Once guests are in the barn the reenactors would be free to mix and mingle, have some wine and cheese and help attendees appreciate our great local history.

Neighbors for Crebilly still have to pay their legal fees which are around $50,000 with another $50,000 anticipated to fight for open space, historic preservation and defeat Toll Brothers.

We will need at least 30 the night of, to help people get up the road, then a mix and mingle in the barn with the guests who are paying $75 each to attend (or more).
